Please remember to submit all of your boxtops by Friday February 23rd. This will be the last boxtops submission for this school year and goes out on February 28th. Students should turn boxtops in to their classroom teacher. Every little bit counts and does add up when they are all collected. Thank you for helping our school!
Link your Harris Teeter VIC card (if you shop at Harris Teeter) to Williams Montessori. We are #1430. Multiple schools can be linked to your VIC card. These small fundraisers help our school. Please remember to sign up.
The Community Parents have received feedback that some families are not receiving email notifications from the PTSO regarding gifts and classroom needs. If you have not received emails from the community parents and would like to be included, please contact Jessica DeLing to confirm your correct email address. We are so grateful for your support.

The Yoga Club jumped right in to a 90 minute Power Beats class at Yoga One on Central Ave. The goal is to visit different studios to learn a variety of yoga styles, but for now we are enjoying our club discount of $5 classes at Yoga One (and the heat is welcomed in this chilly weather!). The goal is to practice together twice per month on a weekend day; please email Ms. Mindy if you would like to participate.
We got one nice weekend afternoon of fishing in before the cold front moved in, and are looking forward to getting back in the field as soon as the weather warms up! Please email Ms. Mindy if you would like to participate.
Peer Leaders Club
Peer Leaders is on a roll, and has created amazing group norms to guide their work. They planned a super fun Spirit Week, with a Twin Day, Sports Day, Time Period Day, and Trailblazers Day! This crew has so many amazing ideas in the works that align to the goal of enlivening the spirit of the school, so stay tuned for more info! Peer Leaders meets every other Friday at 8:00 in the Media Center. Please email Ms Mindy if you would like to participate.
If you have a Book Club member in your household, we hope they came home excited to tell you about it this week! Ms Cyndi (Media Assistant) and Ms Patti F (MS Humanities) hosted the first Book Club meeting this week to collaborate on what direction we want to go in with our club. A Google Classroom was organized so we can continue the discussion online and complete a survey that will determine the “what, when and where” of our next meetings…and we’ve got some exciting ideas for book themes and maybe a little book-related community service sprinkled in for good measure! Please feel free to contact Ms Cyndi and Ms Patti F if you have any questions about Book Club.
